• Airport pick up and Drop by private car/van/bus.
• Three nights standard accommodation in Kathmandu (Two the arrival day and after the trekking).
• Your standard meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) during the trekking.
• All necessary paper works and conservation entry permits.
• Ground transportation from Kathmandu to Beni by bus.
• All accommodations in lodges/tea houses during the treks.
• Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS) Permit.
• An experienced, helpful and friendly Guide, porters (1 porter for 2 peoples).
• Salary, Food, Drinks, Accommodation, Transportation and Insurance for the Guide and Porter.
• Arrangement of Emergency Helicopter service which will be paid by your Travel insurance company.
• Medical supplies (first aid kit will be available).
• All government taxes.

1. **FAQ 1: Do I need to Pay in Advance?**
Answer: No, you don’t need to pay any money in advance. You can pay us when you arrive in Nepal.

2. **FAQ 2: Can I cancel my Booking?**
Answer: Yes, you have the full right to cancel your booking (Individual) 36 hours before the program dates. In the case of Group booking, you must inform us before 1 week of the program date.

3. **FAQ 3: What happens if the company does not respond to our booking when we arrive in Kathmandu?**
Answer: When you book a tour with us, you will receive a confirmation letter. This slip serves as a legal contract with the customer and the company as per the rules of the Ministry of Nepal. If the company does not respond to your booking, you can claim compensation with the company. Our company will bear your return flight and expenses.

4. **FAQ 4: Do I need to Give any Private Information like Credit Card Details or Bank Details when I booked with the company?**
Answer: Generally, No. We don’t ask for any of your credit card/Bank or any other private information at the time of booking. However, in some cases, our sales department may call you for final confirmation of your details.

5. **FAQ 5: Do I need to pay extra charges or Do you charge me extra when I arrive at the destination?**
Answer: No, we don’t charge any extra money from you. All offer prices are fixed during our promotional period, and we have included all costs in the Includes section of the package details. However, please note that all promotional prices do not include entrance fees to the sightseeing places. You will have to pay at the government counter when you arrive at those places.

6. **FAQ 6: How about the group size of your tour?**
Answer: We aim to provide quality service at an affordable cost. In a tour, our maximum group size is 15 persons, and for trekking, it is 10 persons per group.

7. **FAQ 7: How secure are we?**
Answer: Your security, comfort, and entertainment during the trip are our primary concern. We highly care about your health and comfort. You do not need to worry about this during the trip as we take care of you.
