No, you don’t need to pay any money in advance. You can pay us when you arrive in Nepal.
[FAQ 2: Can I cancel my Booking?]
Yes, you have the full right to cancel your booking (individual) 36 hours before the program dates. In the case of a group booking, you must inform us at least 1 week before the program date.
[FAQ 3: What happens if the company does not respond to our booking when we arrive in Kathmandu?]
When you book a tour with us, you receive a confirmation letter, which serves as a legal contract between the customer and the company, as per the rules of the Ministry of Nepal. If the company does not respond to your booking, you can claim compensation. Our company will bear the cost of your return flight and expenses.
[FAQ 4: Do I need to Give any Private Information like Credit Card Details or Bank Details when I booked with the company?]
Generally, no, we don’t ask for your credit card, bank, or any other private information at the time of booking. However, in some cases, our sales department may call you for final confirmation of your details.
[FAQ 5: Do I need to pay extra charges or Do you charge me extra when I arrived at the destination?]
No, we don’t charge any extra money from you. All offer prices are fixed during our promotional period, and we include all costs mentioned in the “Includes” section of the package details. Please note that the promotional price does not include entrance fees to sightseeing places, and you will need to pay those fees at the government counter upon arrival.
[FAQ 6: How about the group size of your tour?]
We aim to provide quality service at an affordable cost. The maximum group size for a tour is 15 persons, and for trekking, it is 10 persons.
